Sunday Funday
I know its been awhile since I've posted on here but I will try my best to stay on it. This past year I've been obsessing over homemade smoothies and beverages; it's kind of my thing now. Today I decided to make lavender lemonade and green smoothie mix frozen treats with my sister and a good friend of mine. It was a success! Instead of sweetening it with sugar we used agave and it was so refreshing. I used the recipe for the lemonade from The Vegan Mom and the green smoothie mix was my sister's own recipe since she's a smoothie fanatic as well. Today was definitely relaxing; happy Sunday everyone!

Pretty cameras
I own a Polaroid camera myself but it's broken and I'm sure I can get it fixed. I was told that it'll cost more to repair a Polaroid camera as oppose to just buying a new one. I've been thinking a lot lately if I should just save up for a new one because I want to get started on a portfolio on film shots. Plus I love Polaroid shots more than digital and 35 mm. Oh what to do.

Bird Pick Tea and Herb
Lychee Oolong and Matcha Cucumber sandwich
Tropical Sunrise (a must-have!)
Lychee Oolong
I have landed at a new job, which is also one of my favorite tea shops, Bird Pick Tea and Herb. There's nothing better than working at a place that makes you happy. I'm a tea enthusiast, yet still learning more about tea and its benefits all the time! I'm really happy about my new job. Working at this place is also a huge learning experience for me. People come in with all sorts of health problems and concerns. Tea is the answer to everything!

Fall Semester
I am officially done with fall semester at Santa Monica College! I've signed up to take an online graphic design class, specifically Adobe Indesign that way I can learn how to master the program for my own benefit. I took a journalism class this semester and it's called "Producing the Campus Newspaper" and we (well our design editor) used Adobe Indesign Cs6 for our layout. After being taught how to use it for literally 5 minutes, I thought, "Wow this is so complicated but it's pretty neat." I believe many other colleges use Indesign as well. Besides using it for producing the campus newspaper, I've decided to learn for my own benefit in order to keep this blog consistent and interesting. I'd like to customize my own page especially since I do get all my inspiration from bloggers, magazines, newspapers, fashionistas, etc. In the meantime before I'm back on campus in spring, I'll be working on scholarships, my blog, portfolio, and of course, working now that I got a new job! Yay me!

Stolen Bike
On Saturday during yoga class, some evil person decided to steal my bike. This is the only photo I have of it. My bike has a yellow pannier on the right side and a black basket on the left. Inside the pannier had groceries I bought for the family. Not to mention the pannier wasn't cheap. I hope whoever stole it gets run over. It'd be a miracle if I end up catching this criminal. I'm still really really really x100 sad.
